I provided staffing, recruitment, placement, and classification support services to the assigned organization along with the assist in analyzing staffing and classification requirements & resources. I utilized a working knowledge of Human Resources concepts, principles, laws, regulations, and practices in the areas of recruitment and placement. I was required to use current Human Resources database systems to query, retrieve and analyze information.

I served as the principal staff advisor to the Brigade Commander for all matters concerning Human Resource support for over 1700 Soldiers. I instinctively pulled all the S-1 assets of the brigade and subordinate units together and took over management and training of all the personnel to create a functioning staff which vastly improved operations across the board.
