Every new initiative brings challenges - and I make a point of tackling them, regardless of where they might have come from. I consider everything that is part of my project my responsibility and ensure it is adressed and taken care of.Keeping everyone on the same page is an effort of constant communication and frequent updates. That can seem tiring, but putting in some extra thought into who information might be relevant for, giving relevant people a heads up and enough context to understand what is happening, and not overwhelming them in the process, often leads to better understanding of the matter at hand for everyone involved. And understanding what clients or users want and need is key to providing useful services.As a team-member, I try my best to enhance my team's performance. Enabling and helping each other, guiding with relevant information and giving room to differing opinions is the foundation of a great team - and it's the guiding principle of my work-ethic.
