CULTIVATE Savannah, Inc is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering black, indigenous, and people of color (BIPOC) LGBTQIA communities in Savannah and the surrounding area.

Administrative officer who reports to the Dean, providing assistance and support in a number of key areas affecting the operation of the College of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences (CLASS) to include the completion of reports, meeting of deadlines, and adherence to policies. Overseeing CLASS which houses six academic departments, 11 majors, 21 minors and concentration areas, an Associate of Arts program, 3 graduate programs, 2 Fine Arts galleries, and the marching band. Responsible for handling all student matters that are directed to the Dean’s Office as well as assist the Dean with supervising the curriculum, courses graduation matriculation and methods of instruction for all CLASS areas. Also assists in the management of the staff of the College and assist the Dean in faculty matters as directed.

Tenured theatre professor responsible for instructing collegiate performance courses within the Visual and Performing Arts Interdisciplinary program. Execute multifaceted clerical and production coordination tasks, in addition to providing classroom instruction, coordinate performances for all theatre and dance productions, including such duties as scheduling, budgeting, directing lighting, designing, and orchestrating set construction. Communicate and collaborate effectively with multiple disciplines regarding production scheduling, establishing strong relationships to acquire support, coordinate dozens of recruitment events based on approved budgets, resulting in consistently high enrollment levels, provide accurate and timely responses to information requests concerning box office, publicity, and incoming students, and orchestrate events based on approved budgets; maintain inventory of event equipment, props, and costumes.

Tenured theatre professor responsible for advising and instructing collegiate level performance courses within a Visual and Performance Arts program. Responsible for overall implementation and coordination of retention programs for new students, coordinate and facilitate efforts to provide a unified curriculum to interventions aimed at increasing retention and success rates of new students. Supervision of all First Year Experience faculty and peer mentors to include training, implementation of unified curriculum, and assessment of student learning outcomes.
