Guides and directs all fitness enthusiasts, regardless of fitness level through YMCA programs. Provides a quality experience to members and participants focused on YMCA core values: caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility.• Deliver equipment orientations, and assist members with personalized workout routines, utilizing already systems. Instructed individuals and groups in the proper implementation, maintenance, and conditioning of training programs for aerobic fitness, muscular fitness, body composition, and flexibility training. Contributed to the Facility Fitness Director in preparing and managing all fitness administrative matters to include but not limited to briefings, standing operating procedures, special reports, management narratives, contracts, marketing, budgeting, etc. Conducted workshops and seminars to promote latest research to the health and well-being of patrons. Assisted to service and repairs of all equipment and machines within the facility.
