•Prepare and deploy strategies and goals for Advertising and Public Relations. •Manage business partner relationships including ad agency, PR firm, printers and media vendors.•Manage staff including Traffic Coordinator and Graphic Designers.•Research target market needs and wants, causes for attrition and competitive trends. •Provide company-wide marketing plans to align with corporate brand and goals.•Measure results and success of programs based on guest count, revenue, and gaming data.•Budget and cost control, first year budget in excess of $10M.
