Over the past 25 years I have coached hundreds of C-Suite to Middle Managers in Leadership Communication.Leveraging my background in professional theatre as a director, actor and published playwright, I pioneered the use of theater for corporate coaching and group training in Asia, helping leaders to recognize and experiment with different ways of communicating so that their words and behavior are aligned with their intentions. My professional acting and broadcast career began in the United States and continued when I moved to Hong Kong in 1983. There I introduced the use of theater approaches to corporate training and coaching, working with both local companies and multi-nationals including American Express, The Economist, Dentsu Aegis, Johnson & Johnson and Electrolux.
