Shutdown Team December 2000-June 2001 I was responsible for all escrow inquiries and resolving all related issues. Every day jobs included, but not limited to, processing tax refunds, insurance claims, and insurance refunds and clearing up sub ledger accounts with our accounting department relating to tax penalties and employee errors. Assistant Vice President/ March 1995-December 2000Insurance Manager Responsible for 15 employees paying all homeowners flood and windstorm policies from the escrow accounts. Insured that all investor guidelines were followed and no lapse in coverage occurred. Insured all updated flood maps were entered into the computer and the necessary insurance was obtained if required under investor guidelines. Managed daily, weekly and monthly reports verifying all premiums were paid in a timely manner. Handled insurance claims and approved disbursements on all claims. Worked directly with our force placed insurance providers and flood mapping providers insuring that proper services were provided and meeting investor guidelines. Duties included escrow liaison for all acquisitions. Responsible for auditing insurance, tax and PMI/MIP files, reports and computer systems onsite from the bank or Mortgage Company we were purchasing loans from. Directly involved with all managers on the acquisition team when loans were loaded into the system to process exceptions, post money and balance accounts. Property Tax Department Manager February 1986 – February 1995Responsible for 8 employees over seeing the process of tax bills and payment monitoring from the escrow accounts. Insured customer inquiries were answered in a timely manner.
