Responsible for all HR processes within a Plant with 1.200 employees:- Act as the Plant Manager’s Business Partner in all strategy management processes and business objectives- Manage an efficient and integrated strategy for staffing, recruiting and plant induction processes- Manage the plant training plan link with operational results and people development- Identified and develop young potential and promote career management- Guarantee the compensations & benefits policy application- Animate the Employee Empowerment plant processes- Trainer of Faurecia Employee Empowerment modules- Manage union representatives’ relationship and guarantee a positive social climate- Ensure an efficient and timely payroll- Guarantee an accurate Group HR reporting and plant analysis deviations- Follow up and optimize labor costs- Respond for all HR audits - Guarantee all legal labor requirements- Proposal and implement best solutions for working time - Pilot the internal plant communication and with legal external entities Main achievements:- Achieved level A of Excellence by Faurecia Group in continuous improvement employee empowerment processes - Plant recognized as “Mother Plant” as a reference in terms of skills, competences and best practices- Contribute to the promotion several mid and top management to Group international careers- Closing of a Plant and integration of another one with a new activity and 400 employees- Manage with success different restructurings processes- Recruitment and staffing for a Plant with a accelerate growing in terms of business and headcount

Act as HR Partner for the 4 Portuguese plants and central services in SJ Madeira assuming the following main missions:- Manage an efficient Training Plant within the perimeter- Established and improve the HR procedures - Staffing and recruitment all type of profiles- Performance appraisals and people review processes for mid and top management- Legal HR support
