We directly employ more than 20,000 people across a broad range of industries to provide services for over 10,000 customers.Leading a team of recruiters across professional technical, engineering, ICT and corporate services, our focus is to provide expert staffing solutions to a broad range of commercial industries, start up and all levels of government. We work with clients of all shapes and sizes to source temporary and permanent candidates for volume recruitment campaigns through to executive search.Working alongside the Executive GM and CEO to grow the white collar recruitment division, responsibilities include:· Meeting regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analysing variances; and initiating corrective actions.· Full P&L control across 3 locations and 20 staff.· Oversee daily operations and setting performance objectives.· Recruiting, training, and supporting senior staff as well as conducting regular performance appraisals.· Developing and implementing business, marketing, and advertising plans.· Managing internal and external stakeholder relations and negotiating contracts.· Planning, evaluating, and optimising operations to be efficient and cost-effective.· Ensuring services comply with regulatory and quality standards.· Ensuring company standards and procedures are followed.· Preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, analyses, and reports of operations and finances.· Dealing with escalated customer issues, incident reports, and legal actions.· Ensure all branches follow safety, health and business laws and regulations· Uphold company standards of excellence and service, guaranteeing quality performance
