My role as a business mentor in the Scotiabank Women's Mentorship Program provides a safe space for new and growing entrepreneurs to ask questions and share their challenges with me. In our work together, I advise, coach and mentor the entrepreneur to build their skills and knowledge so that they can navigate the steps to starting and growing their own business.
