I lead a team of Design professionals to assist our home buyers to create the home of their dreams.I was responsible to bring our Design Studio Business to the next level. I automated colour selection processes to use the Newstar Sales Program to input all colour selections. I evaluated current product offerings and revamped our product offerings to hit our target market and ensure maximized sales. I evaluated and hired the right staff to ensure the utmost in customer care and professionalism. I created an effective set of reports to ensure Senior Management had the right information they needed for effective decision making.

Managed all Corporate Filings, all banking, financing, accounting, receivable, payable and payroll functions. Responsible for scheduling and organizing all sales of material. Complete order forms, order trucks, co-ordinate with customers, dealers, and mine manager for all loads of material that are shipped out. Responsible for all reports and tracking of sales orders and invoicing. Responsible for managing all incoming mail and responding to all inquiries from Government agencies and other governing bodies we are involved with. This position was full time from July 2000 to September 2002, and then it was done after hours and on weekends.

I assisted our designer in helping our customers make selections for their new homes. In this role I was responsible for the creation of all selection paperwork for our new home buyers. I worked closely with our customers and trade partners to ensure all selections were completed accurately and priced correctly. I worked with our Design Consultant on all product offerings and worked with trade partners on samples and displays. I was part of the Newstar Enterprise and Newstar Sales implementation team. I was responsible for the set up and create of the HPL product library and worked closely with our contracts team on product costing and set up within Newstar Enterprise. I implemented the use of Newstar Sales for creation of selection amendments, created To Do Plans and expanded our companies use of the various aspects of Newstar Sales
