Reporting to the Chief People Officer, I led our centralized talent acquisition team, partnering with Business Leaders and HR on attracting the best talent to help drive Snap's growth.This global centralized team of 70, across LA, SF Bay Area, Seattle, New York, and London, came from diverse backgrounds spanning talent intelligence, talent sourcing, executive and university recruiting, operations, and employee branding.During this period of high growth at Snap, I helped shape our global recruiting strategy and capabilities by growing the team quickly, leveraging vendor resources effectively, and standing up multiple TA functions by introducing processes, tools, and structures. We enabled a 20% talent growth across North America, EMEA, and APAC including 40+ leadership hires for Snap during this exciting period of hyper-growth.

I led the Global Executive Recruiting function, partnering with Business Leaders and HR on acquisition strategies, targeting Directors to C-Suite level talent, from Tech, GTM, to G&A in a high-growth environment. Key hires included, among others: the Global Head of Communications, Head of Consumer Marketing, Global Head of Inclusion & Diversity, Head of Content and Discovery Engineering, and Country Manager LATAM.Hired in 2019 to stand up this function, I built out the team and laid the foundation for bespoke capabilities, from efficient processes, and effective frameworks to trusted relationships. A key project included the launch of the Korn Ferry competency model across all job families, which was leveraged for career pathing as well as recruitment and assessment. Our focus on diversity and inclusion, together with succession planning, was a critical element of my work.
