Current1) Assist new clients to register over the phone, prepare new clients' case files, schedule initial assessment between new clients and Orientation & Mobility (O&M) trainers. 2) Conduct follow-ups with existing clients over the phone and recommend suitable training services to them.3) Attends to 4 to 6 clients over the phone each working day.4) Manage the official handphone and attends to enquiry sent in via WhatsApp and emails.5) Support Social Workers in activity and event coordination.6) Coordinate and manage volunteers from specific groups.
