Ms. Wilkinson is the Director of Environmental Planning Services with RICK Engineering, a leading multi/disciplinary engineering, water resources, planning and landscape architecture firm in Southern California. Ms. Wilkinson is a CEQA/NEPA Practitioner with over 30 years of experience, including 5 years as an international development specialist in Latin America. With an extensive knowledge of the CEQA/NEPA permitting process, she has managed a wide range of projects including transportation planning and public infrastructure projects. She is an expert at managing environmental and engineering teams with an eye to the objective of designing, approving, and implementing environmentally sensitive public works projects. Ms. Wilkinson directs the implementation of environmental compliance training programs. She oversees the development of comprehensive teaching materials and implements environmental compliance training for construction field staff, contractors, and federal and state regulatory agencies. Ms. Wilkinson has coordinated various environmental projects in Mexico for clients such as the San Diego County Water Authority, Mexico's National Water Commission (CNA), and the Packard Foundation. As senior educator of environmental programs for the National Wildlife Federation, she oversaw the implementation of NWF's five national education projects within the region of California, Nevada, and Baja California, Mexico.
