• Analyze and catalogue of legal notifications;• Support to the activities of lawyers through CITIUS platform (sending legal pieces such as: Powers of Attorney and Substitution Incident);• Control and coordination of projects involving the massive administrative processing of lawsuits;• Search and control of Declarations of Insolvency published in the the Portuguese official gazette (Diário da Republica);• Sorting and distributing incoming post and organizing and sending outgoing post;• Provide junior training.

Reporting to the International Division Head of the Office for International Relations:• Support and promote international activity (preparation of reports, speeches and brief notes);• Content management and update of the official CPLP environmental website;• Coordinate and update information to the Portuguese focal point for the environment in the European Council;• Keep up to date the annual international ministerial agenda;• Translation of official documents;• Logistical organization of conferences, meetings and exhibitions;• Support the Portuguese participation on several inter-ministerial coordination meetings;• Dissemination of funding environment initiatives.

• Support the preparation and organization of the Portuguese Presidency of the EU in 2007 (second half) within the responsibility of the Ministry of Environment, Territorial Planning and Regional Development.• Researche regarding communitarian policies concerning environment and sustainable development.
