Assigned to the Project Management Office in a strategic effort to mature the processes, tools, methodology and support to the organization. This will include modifying current project implementation methodology, staffing the PMO appropriately to support both Perdue and Agribusiness projects and programs, implement and automate a Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) tool, develop a curriculum, documentation and process to train our staff on project management, etc. I am also responsible for large strategic initiatives from our Foods organization as well as governing those lead by other Customer Relationship manager or project managers.

Spearhead enterprise-level programs/projects based on defined strategic roadmaps governing the company’s Sales, Marketing, and R&D functions, in daily operations reporting directly to Perdue Farms’ SVP and CIO. Lead large strategic system implementations and integrate new acquisitions into existing operating frameworks, business processes, and systems. Conduct expert root cause analysis, continuously working to identify process- and system-related efficiencies and improvements.

Promoted to govern the development of project methodology, providing 360° oversight across project implementation processes and tools for the company’s Foods and IT organizations. Managed and directed the PMO team, continuing the growth of the Program Office via tools, methodologies, governance, and strategy. Scope of accountability encompassed all IT governance deliverables, e.g., dashboards, scorecards, resource management, project, program and portfolio management methodology.

Brought on board to launch the company’s strategic SAP program, and all related projects, based on 3- 5 year IT roadmaps. Subsequently rolled-out SAP Financials, Production Costing, Production Planning, Inventory Management, Procure to Pay, along with working with out Manufacturing Systems organization to implement SAP Manufacturing Intelligence, and integrated module in a further processing plant.

Led disparate engagements while working in a consultative capacity, overseeing project scope, schedule, and resources, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery. Partnered with multiple stakeholders, from senior decision-makers to consultants and employees.

Tapped to serve as a consultant to the City of Portland’s Enterprise Business Systems implementation, with leadership responsibilities encompassing project scope, scheduling, resources, and final deliverables. Held multiphase accountability for post–go-live planning.

Coordinated and led DTE Energy’s Time Capture team, including both consultants and employees, from development and testing through implementation and post–go-live activities for Time Capture and Evaluation. Interact with management across all levels. Oversaw day-to-day work spanning defect and issue resolution, integration testing, Mocks (Data Conversions), Cutover, Go Live Walk Through, Production Cutover, and, ultimately, the Stabilization period.
