Teresiah is a passionate believer of the African youth’s advocacy and leadership. She is an advocate of youth, especially Kenyan girls, empowerment and knowledge that allows young men and women to be confident leaders in their communities through allowing them to identify their power and encourage them to set high expectations for themselves. Teresiah has a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Public Relation with over five years of experience in customer service and support, operations, and graphic design and copyediting. In her volunteer experience, Teresiah is a mentor at Akili Dada’s, Angaza program; a program that facilitate access to quality education and lifelong learning opportunities for girls and young women. She also served as a team leader at Voluntary Service Oversees (VSO) in Makueni County to create awareness on sexual reproductive health, gender based violence, and sustainable livelihoods for young men and women in Technical Training Institutes. During her free time, Teresiah enjoys a good read and visiting new places.
