● Prepare and file U.S. trademark applications, Office Action Responses, Statements of Use, Extensions of Time to Oppose, Oppositions, and Renewals, Section 8 & 15 Affidavits, Assignments and related documents with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office directly on the USPTO website.● Provide foreign counsel with information/documentation necessary to prosecute/maintain trademark applications and registrations. ● Review and analyze correspondence from foreign associates and communicate with attorneys and clients throughout the entire prosecution of an application as well as during the maintenance of the foreign application and registration.● Manage international trademark portfolio which includes over 75 clients in 30 countries.● Evaluate clients' portfolios by preparing and presenting global trademark reports to ensure adequate trademark coverage.● Prepare and draft detailed letters and memorandum for Attorney’s review and signature.● Assist with investigation of third-party use of marks● Prepare patent prosecution documents.● Review of process filing receipts, Recordation of Assignments, Letters Patent, and Notice of Publication.● Prepare pre-issuance documents, which includes Issuance of Fee Payments.● Prepare and file documents with the USPTO including, Request for Filing receipt, Issue Fees, and new patent applications.● File corrected application papers, Inventors Declarations, Assignments, and Power of Attorney.● Analyze PTO issued documents for accuracy (such as filing receipts, assignment documents, office actions, etc.)● Provide copies of documents filed to clients.● Monitor Patent Docket.
