I bring substantial knowledge and experience in residential construction and production management as well as marketing and sales aspects of the building industry and offer a solid foundation within the real estate Industry as a whole. I am thrilled to announce that I am now leveraging my 35 years of proven sales successes through my recently formed TTG & Associates, LLC. TTG, LLC will provide individualized service to various area builders and developers, bringing the right buyer to their newly constructed home. Offering strategic and elite service from initial marketing to contract signing and even full-service transaction coordination. I am currently serving my first term on the Board of Director's for the Home Builders Association of Virginia (HBAV), a fourth term on the Board of Directors for the Fredericksburg Area Builders Association (FABA) and serving my second term as the Associate Vice President and Chairwoman of the Associate Committee. I am further honored to have been chosen to now also represent the building industry as a Virginia State Delegate for the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). I was formerly the Director of Sales & Marketing for a high-volume builder in Fredericksburg, VA for the past decade prior to opening my own firm. TTG & Associates is now powered by the well-known and respected local real estate firm, Holt for Homes, Inc. In addition to having offered input as a member of the Education Committee for the Fredericksburg Area Association of Realtors. I am an accomplished Realtor in the Commonwealth of Virginia (having focused exclusively on new construction, land acquisition and community and project planning in the past) and am thrilled to bring forth an entire team of experienced agents, offering full real estate services for all our client's needs. I remain passionate about building and development and continue to enhance my experience within the industry by building strong relationships with Trade Partners, Vendors & Manufacturers.
