Ever since I went to PMI Conference in 2014, Project Management has been my passion. I still remember seeing project managers at the event, with their name cards and nice suits. As I went through Project management courses for free by taking photos and videos, it was the answer that I was searching for “Best practice, low re-work and systematic thinking”. Since then, I started to connect my every small step with project management. Starting from I-SWEEEP Educational project, AIESEC and many more. I bought and read every book available in Mongolia relating to Project management and downloaded books from internet just to understand more about its complex nature.This passion carried me through my education at China with Chinese government scholarships. In China i had every resource (time, teachers, experts, opportunity, internship) available to me than i ever could have imagined. I studied Chinese, Project management, Business analysis, Corporate management, all with fascinating cases and methodologies. And this opportunity gave me an possibility to earn project management professional degree.After getting my MBA and PMP, I got a chance to work in Trade and development bank of Mongolia as the first Business analyst. As first, I had a task to implement International business analysis and benefit realization culture, methods, systems by creating and analyzing Business cases and benefit realization in the bank which was a great challenge for me.And now, this remains with me. There’s certainly yet more to learn, and lots of problems/opportunities to realize, and yet more to be initiated. And for this, I am very grateful.Currently I have started my own start-up called Phronesis.
