Business Controller for Volvo Truck Center Retail business and a member of Area Management Teams. Responsibility for all Vehicle sales and Aftermarket Business Control tasks, participating in monthly closing and preparing monthly management reporting, analysis, ad hoc reporting, planning and forecasting process. Investment calculations and follow up. Working in close cooperation with managers as a strategic partner.Responsible for development of the Business Control function and reporting.

Responsibilities in DC Helsinki: Reporting, analyzing, budgeting and forecasting of operational expenses and logistics costs. Reporting and follow up of performance and quality. Setting the KPI's and developing processes. ISO9001 and ISO14000 manager and LEAN-responsible. Responsibilities in DC Nordic: Reporting of Nordic organizations operational expenses for local managers and for the Volvo Group. Follow up of investments. Weekly KPI reports and monthly business review reports for Nordic and EMEA management.

Main responsibility over accounts payable. Payroll administration and accounting. I did my thesis for Volvo about payroll administration processes, which included a process description of the situation at the time and proposals for improvements.
