My responsibilities include:▪ Build, test, and deploy robust front-end and back-end applications that arescalable, maintainable, and responsive.▪ Develop and manage APIs for internal and external integration to enhancethe interoperability of BDIC’s digital infrastructure.▪ Design and maintain databases, ensuring data integrity, security, andoptimization for performance.▪ Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers,project managers, and other developers, to ensure cohesive projectprogress and timely delivery.▪ Implement data protection and security protocols to ensure compliancewith industry standards and regulatory requirements.▪ Write efficient code and regularly update the codebase for reliability,performance, and scalability.▪ Stay updated on emerging technologies and methodologies tocontinuously enhance BDIC’s digital products and suggest improvementswhere applicable.▪ Focus on creating user-centric applications that address clientrequirements and enhance the overall user experience.▪ Perform any other task assigned to you by the Team Lead.

1. Manage a Learning Management System (LMS) and establish design standards completion records and reporting.2. Design and develop course content, provide e-learning guidance, consultative services, and liaison with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop course specifications.3. Partner with Instructional Design (ID) to manage design/build documents and templates around highly engaging and interactive e-learning that meets company standards and learner needs.4. Use innovative techniques and creative delivery mechanisms to reach a dispersed, global field organization and adopt new technologies as they arrive.
