My contribution: I was project manager responsible for content-creation for a large-scale website renewal of ttl.fi.Some of my tasks included:- Organized and facilitated workshops for professionals ranging from doctors to psychologists in other to create content for different target audiences. - Analyzed content needs of different target audiences utilizing existing data. - Created a holistic wireframe for website content.- Supported the technical project team from content point-of-view.- Responsible for two interns.

My contribution: I developed the service offering for the route Turku-Maarianhamina-Stockholm and took part in developing the services for Viking Glory (under construction at the time). Some of my tasks included:- Organized and facilitated workshops and meetings for professionals representing different functions (hotel, restaurant, tax free and entertainment) from different markets (Finland, Sweden, International).- Analyzed needs of different customer segments to develop services fact-based. - Communicated marketing needs to maximize return-on-investment.
