Responsibilities include:- Oversee all office administrative duties and ensure compliance of all policies and procedures; work closely with the Office Administrator and Administrative Team regarding scheduling, reporting, compliance, due-diligence and all administrative support functions;- All e-File processes for the tax practice, including Federal and State tax returns and extensions. This also includes strict due date monitoring, reporting and updating;- Preparing annual engagement letters and service agreements for Fort Lauderdale tax practice and tracking responses;- Provide administrative and technical support to the Tax Team as required, including communications with clients, research, reporting and various compliance and due-diligence matters;- Maintain comprehensive operational databases for client data and tax deliverables, including regular reporting, data entry, monitoring and trouble-shooting.
