Office Manager
CurrentFeb. 2020 - promoted to Office Manager. Lead support person for the Southern CA and Arizona sales team providing document preparation, processing, cataloging, invoicing & billing. Also provide administrative support for the VP of Sales and others on our management team. Work with operations to coordinate smooth transitions from ordering into shipping, then sales into returns. Work with accounting and collections. Responsible for creating & collaborating on our yearly Admin. Support Symposium to further educate & advance the skills & knowledge of our West coast support team.
