I have 30+ years of aviation experience as an aviation professional, serving in a variety of technical and managerial positions.Relevant ExperienceFor a large South-East Asian air carrier, managed an SOC manual harmonization project to combine four air carriers into two.For a large 14 CFR 121 air carrier, managed the Cabin Operations and Training department client team for a regulatory compliance project.For a 14 CFR 135 Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) Operator, developed the Hazardous Materials program for FAA approval.I specialize in SOC efforts and have successfully been involved in a minimum of five SOC projects. I have managed/led new FAA part 121 certification teams consecutively; I developed policies and procedures manuals, regulatory processes, and training programs in accordance with SAS requirements. I managed proving demonstrations to include the required partial evacuation and proving flights including the development of the proving plans.
