FAA Qualified Certification Consulting Firm; Responsibilities and duties include reviewing, auditing and developing air carrierprograms to insure regulatory compliance with 14 CFRs, ATOS and SMS requirements. Assistair carriers with audit preparations including IOSA, DOD and FAA. Complete technicalwriting for operational air carrier manuals and Project Management during airlineacquisitions and mergers. * Developed the Flight Attendant Training, Inflight, Flight Operations and Flight CrewTraining manuals for a large 14CFR 121 regional air carrier, while also serving as projectmanager. The new manuals significantly streamlined the FAA approval process for adding anew type aircraft to the carrier's fleet.* Assigned to core team for both a large regional air carrier and a large major aircarrier merger. Responsible for consulting the air carrier Inflight and Aircraft Servicesdivisions in all aspects of the merger and acquisition process including manualconversion, and regulatory compliance. This process streamlined the FAA approval processfor the carrier in order to obtain a single operating certificate.* Developed the training curriculum and courseware needed to support the revised aircraftweight and balance program for a large 121 domestic air carrier. This process enabled theair carrier to meet regulatory requirements and meet timelines much more efficiently.* Developed the Crew Scheduling manual and Hazmat program for a large cargo carrier inorder meet regulatory requirements. This process enabled the carrier to meet and exceedregulatory requirements with an aggressive timeline.

Manager of Inflight TrainingResponsible for the development and management of all training programs for new hire andcurrent flight attendants, check flight attendants, supervisors and instructors. Managedthe entire Inflight training department, in addition to all flight attendant trainingrecords and requirements. Was the liaison between the Inflight training department andthe FAA for all regulatory issues. * Developed curriculum for flight and cabin crew CRM, hazmat and security joint training.This process enabled crewmembers to engage in interactive training scenarios as a team toachieve the most effective results.* Coordinated and conducted emergency evacuation demonstration for new aircraft approval.This process included leading the coordination effort with all operational departmentsinvolved, resulting in FAA approval for aircraft operation.

Director of Inflight and TrainingResponsibilities included the development and management of all Inflight training andprograms. Responsible for flight attendant scheduling, crew hotels and transportation,aircraft catering and manual revisions and compliance.* Developed and implemented flight attendant training program for initial certification.This process enabled the air carrier to effectively proceed to the next phase ofcertification. * Coordinated and conducted emergency evacuation demonstration for initial certification,resulting in approval to operate aircraft.

Certified on Boeing 737/727 aircraft Completed initial flight attendant training and responsible for ensuring passenger safety, safe passenger handling procedures, compliance with federal regulations and approved policies and procedures.
