My career has led me to support individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities in various roles. My focus has been to oversee, manage, train and lead the dedicated persons who have chosen to make direct support their career. I currently work to ensure organizational compliance with focus on overall improvement and superiority! I am also blessed to volunteer time working as a life support coach helping people navigate this world with an eating addiction - and I also support individuals that are considering or have had Weight Loss Surgery. My goal involves closely supporting these brave and wonderful people as well as their loved ones before, during and after surgery. I am blessed to be able to share my own personal journey with individuals and groups. My career is two fold and I consider it a privilege being given opportunities to encourage, support, guide and enhance another person's journey!
