I have worked at Six Flags Great America for over 40 seasons. My duties and responsibilities include: hiring/interviewing and guiding candidates for seasonal employment, conducting new-hire/re-hire and departmental training and re-training as needed. I have also conducted park-wide Orientations. When I am working out in the park, I am in charge of both hourly and management employees in order to maintain and ensure park cleanliness. I conduct evaluations and develop sop annually.

Facilitate training for new hires and seasoned employees in a mail order pharmacy environment.

Majority of my job was spent conducting live training classes. I trained both management and hourly employees how to function best at their roles in a banking environment. Curriculum taught include: New Hire Orientations, Performance Management, DiSC/Communication Styles, Customer Service, Hiring for Talent, Teambuilding workshops. I trained employees on how to function operationally (technically) at their locations as well as customer service skills. I am adept at making them feel comfortable/valuable in their new roles. Unfortunately the bank was closed down by the FDIC and I was impacted. I am looking for the right opportunity which will help me grow/develop as I help others.

Counselled Xerox emplloyees and retirees in all aspects of health and welfare benefit plans. Walked employees through the open- enrollment process for benefits annually. In this position I fine-tuned my problem solving skills.
