PMO implementation, responsible for project and portfolio controls, team educator/trainer, project manager , and business analysis for enterprise Project Management Office (PMO) at leading national law firm.• Project Management Office implementation including, design project and portfolio management tools, processes and best practices for which internal enterprise projects are managed. • Design enterprise project management systems, tools, templates for effective PMO governance and management. • Preparation and data analysis of portfolio reports on progress, risks, issues, budget and overall health.• Primary contact and expert for project portfolio governance, project controls, all reporting requirements on a project and portfolio level, analysis, and quality assurance reviews.• Develop tools and process for accurate budget management in collaboration with Finance partners to provide project budget forecast and measure against initial forecasts and approvals. • Compile quality portfolio information for project governance committee and senior leadership review, ensuring timely, accurate and meaningful reporting for this audience. • Develop and facilitate “Introduction to Project Management” workshops rolled out to all services teams within the Firm across Canada supporting enterprise knowledge.• Develop and deliver all onboarding training needs, leading activities that inform and provide awareness to team members on governance and process methodology and compliance. • Provide end to end project control and ensures project teams are informed of prescribed methodologies, regulatory guidelines and identified compliance activities are completed as required.• Document standard operating procedures, Disaster Recovery plans, and knowledge articles to support sustainment.
