I love to push boundaries and encourage people to move beyond their comfort zones...and nothing does this better than travel & leisure! As a planner, go getter, and get things done kind of person, I am passionate about providing the most authentic experiences possible, believing that recreational participation truly does promote acceptance and understanding in a multi-cultural world. I enjoy working closely with youth in educational settings, knowing from living abroad on my own at a young age that cultural learning plays a crucial role in the development of a child's or young adult's mindset. I also have a particular interest in destination management and event planning, having focused much of my continuing education research around sustainable tourism planning in Canada, specifically through a policy lens. At the core, I simply believe in the betterment of people through diverse learning experiences. Not only is this found through my affinity for travel but is also exemplified in my leadership style. In my opinion, employees are a company's greatest asset and I aim to provide a platform each day for team members to equally contribute ideas for growth, share thoughts, achieve personal goals and most importantly make mistakes in a safe environment.
