I developed and executed the strategic marketing plans for corporate clients, and I planned and organized daily lunches and banquet events for up to 1,000 people. I provided comprehensive administrative support to Principal and Vice Principal as well as maintained student record database and dealt with a multitude of diverse situations to administer support to students, parents, and front office personnel. During my time at JCPenney, I was responsible for purchasing $2.8 million dollars worth of inventory annually. I also managed all of the inventory, I maintained visual presentation standards of merchandise and controlled back-stock. I played a critical role in achieving the store's budgeted sales goals and payroll hours. Additionally, I was in charge of hiring, training, and developing store personnel.
