I advise employers in risk prevention and day-to-day management decisions, including hiring and training, investigations, accommodations, leave issues, performance management, terminations, and restrictive covenants. I draft employment policies, contracts, and separation agreements. I represent employers of all sizes, from local businesses to multinational Fortune 500 companies. I have a statewide practice serving a diversified clientele including technology, retail, hotels/luxury resorts, hospitals/healthcare services, telecommunications, manufacturers, mining, energy/oil and gas, as well as agricultural, timber and construction industries. My practice covers all forums, including litigation in state and federal courts and administrative agencies. My insurance defense practice includes representing insureds in personal injury and property damage claims, as well as employment claims.
