I also undertook stock control, purchase ledger, budgeting and reporting.I had a keen eye for detail; maintaining stock descriptions, ISBNs, images and prices on the websites and how they integrated with our internal sales/logistics software. I identified business process improvements and implemented several positive changes which have streamlined workflows which allowed the Customer Service Team to work more efficiently. I also collected and monitored comparative Trust Pilot data for the business and those of our competitors to ensure we continued to exceed our customer’s expectations.No two days were the same and as this role was so varied, I have excellent work prioritisation skills for myself and that of any team.
