I am now with a full service agency to serve the American homeowners, and buyers. We are a minority real estate firm with mega services. I have sold over 4000 homes in my career my motto is we take the good bad and the ugly. While once know as the reo queen I prefer now to call myself the Ambassador for the reo's as much more of my job consists of making sure my clients are legally and politically correct. We make sure the client complies with the occupant's rights and we assisted in relocation of over 300 occupant's victims of foreclosures too. They have rights and deserve to be treated with dignity and respect. We make sure we market the property in its best light the pictures must be of a property that has been cleaned out and show its best attributes but honestly tell all parties what is wrong too. We have access to contractors to maintain these properties and or work with preservation companies assigned. I personally visit all my properties and work with occupants to relocate or sell with occupants. I make sure properties are safe and hazard free to the best we can. The opposite side is finding homes for new buyers into the market and having them work with qualified lenders that can arrange the right financing for them and the property. We have worked with the NSP and other non-profits. We are Freddie Mac Credit Smart trained.
