Facilitate, create curricula, provide counseling for STEM youth group ranging in ages from 14 to 23.

Responsible for daily office operations including, but not limited to scheduling and coordinating any necessary maintenance, corresponding with doctors and medical offices to ensure up to date Plan Of Care are on file, as the custodian of medical records preparing any and all requests for medical records and corresponding with the respective law offices, obtaining authorization from insurance companies and their affiliates when necessary to ensure patient access to treatment, generating reports to track company stats via Excel spreadsheets to ensure quality of care and company growth, scheduling, placing clinic orders for supplies, resolving patient and clinical issues, revenue collections and preparing collected revenue for deposit weekly, monitoring patient accounts to ensure all information is accurate, up to date, and all necessary information is on file, fielding any and all patient questions regarding treatment, insurance coverage, or billing, ensuring overall patient satisfaction, any other tasks deemed necessary for clinic functionality. In addition responsible for training new Patient Service Representatives in all previously mentioned as well as mentoring new employees as they grow and develop in the company. Additionally responsible for ensuring the mentioned operations for clinics within the region.

Provide care for patients by taking histories, performing various procedures and tests, operating several medical instruments, preparing patients to see the doctor, maintaining charts, assisting with frame selection, checking patients out, and other tasks as deemed necessary by the ophthalmologist

Created lesson plans and effectively executed them. Counsel and guide children ranging in age from 5 to 13. Provide group as well as individual care for youth in Philadelphia schools.
