Expanded Eden’s offerings to include an IT Learning and Communication practice. Developed learning strategies including curriculum design and implementation, communication strategy and management, and market and needs analysis. Curriculum Design and Implementation: Designed Eden branded curriculum and methodology for Windows 7 Desktop migrations which included job aids, webinars, floor support, classroom and remote learning. Learning was delivered in four languages (Chinese, French, Spanish and Portuguese) in seven countries.Communication Strategy & Management: Worked with senior leaders at our Fortune 500 clients to develop effective and meaningful IT communication strategies to enhance the relationship between end users and IT. Communications developed in English and translated to French, Spanish and Portuguese.Talent Acquisition, Development and Retention: Sourced, hired and managed diverse multi-lingual learning teams for global migration projects lasting between 6 and 18 months. Reported to the Director of Global Support and actively served on the Senior IT Leadership team. Experience included:Learning Strategy & Management: Developed an IT Learning Strategy that focused on using technology to enhance legal productivity and workflow integration. Collaborated with key practice groups like Litigation Support, Finance, Professional Development, and HR to establish and document best practices, organizational impact and need and end user experience. Provided full-cycle learning programs that educated end users, management, support teams and clients. Project Management: Managed all aspects of two global desktop transformation initiatives including hardware/OS upgrade, document management migration (over a million documents ), MSOffice and other productivity tools upgrades and the support and education of 3,000+ global end users. Other key projects included managing the development and release of Firm’s first web-based portal, CRM tool, Learning Management System, and New Matter application.Leadership Mentoring and Team Development: Led and mentored a cross border learning and technical writing team of 7 direct reports and 8 indirect.
