My husband, Mark and I have been at Hidden Valley RV Park near San Antonio, TX for 40 years. (We actually met here, resulting in our marriage...long story.) Over the years we have enjoyed getting to know and serve the many families and couples we have met here. We hope to include your family in our scrapbook whether you're here for a well-deserved RV vacation, tourism in our fabulous city of San Antonio, one of many stops in your full time RV journey, a seasonal or even long term guest. In the various roles I've held at our San Antonio RV Park and in other facets of the industry, I strive to focus on "people." Currently, at our Texas RV Park I have been able to immerse myself into giving attentive customer service and fulfilling the growing needs of RVers. My family has adapted our company mission to making our guests the focal point of all our decisions: expansion, new amenities, better facilities, etc.Of the many aspects associated with successful RV Park operation - physical park maintenance, marketing, accounting, website and social media creation and maintenance, tourism expertise - my team and I define our goals based on guest feedback. We keep in mind the RV industry standards, and strive to be at or above the norm in all aspects. My goal is to find and develop new services to offer to please and fill the needs of more customers thereby growing the business and our RV Park family. As of April 2022 we've been privileged to work for new owners, the Saratoga Group, who have pledged to make Hidden Valley a resort class park with upgraded sites, amenities and guest conveniences.Our family is so thankful for the privilege of working with and serving people in the friendliest industry in the world.Specialties: I love my RV Park guests and THEY are my specialty, whether it's getting them here for a visit or helping them become part of our Hidden Valley Family by returning again and again.I also love social media and find it a perfect way to connect and build solid relationships with RVers and others in the RV industry to a mutual benefit.
