3/20/09I am writing this letter to inform you of the excellent service we received from your agent, Teri Monahan, when we sold our town home.When we made the decision to move from Schaumburg back to Missouri.. . The economy was not in our favor & it was likely to take many months or even years to move a property. Some people even laughed at us when we told them we were selling & that we wanted to do it in just a couple of months. I was confident though because we had met Teri Monahan at an open house in our neighborhood the year before. Not only did she have familiarity with the area but she was our neighbor in Bright Ridge and I was sure that she would be our friend as well as our agent.During the weeks prior to putting the place on the market, Teri was a great guide as to preparing the house for showing and was a definite support for all our ups & downs throughout the entire process. We went on the market in July and sold in September. Our only disappointment was that we, as everyone who is attempting to sell anything at this time, were hoping to sell for a bit more. However, that is no reflection on Teri or Coldwell Banker. She was a professional in every way conducting open houses and posting flyers in our neighborhood and spent a lot of time getting the word out about our place. (Plus we were very happy with the pictures she took for the Web). Through it all, she was encouraging, positive and never allowed us give up hope that the right buyer would come through the door at any time. And sure enough, he did! Overall, we are 100% satisfied with our experience from start to finish and would definitely recommend Coldwell Banker and especially Teri to anyone interested in listing their home.
