Accepted an opportunity internally to lead full life cycle recruiting for our Mergers & Acquisition marketing group. This role required closely partnering with the newly acquired company into Dell, and providing the highest level of customer care and education. Typical positions I hired for included: Product Manager, Product Marketing, Technical Marketing Engineers, Technical Trainers, Course Developers, and Outbound Marketing.Then I was pulled in to support IT recruiting for the Infrastructure Transition Services group where we saw an increase demand in talent needs.
