Implementing a demand driven supply chain by that automatically uses supply stations to streamline the supply chain for timely delivery of required supplies to the point where those supplies are consumed throughout a hospital. These supply stations are capable of transmitting inventory balance information to facilitate an automated reorder process. • Working as a Supply Chain consultant for the Veteran Affairs National Program to help ensure efficient supply chain through workflow simplification and operational visibility using advanced mobile solutions. Tracking an estimated $5 Billion plus clinical supplies for 153 Veteran Affairs Hospitals and 600 Clinics across the US• Working with the chief of Veteran Affairs NY in close coordination with program managers, logistics team, surgical program offices and expert item managers to design, develop and deploy supply chain and program management activities to efficiently and effectively provide equipment’s, supplies and services necessary for the successful operation of the VA• Thorough understanding of the lifespan supply chain in the areas of organization, sourcing, management and reutilization• Introduced new warehouse and material management techniques, quality assurance and performance matrix to utilize space management, and forecasting purchasing plans• Knowledgeable in storage and distribution safety protocols and procedure in safe handling methods, fire safety and hazardous materials• Cost savings generated by advance techniques in high volume warehouse loading, sequencing for space optimization for faster moving category items, safety consideration in terms of breakable items, bulk packaging and hazardous materials and to mitigate damage prevention
