Instructional Learning Senior
CurrentInstructional Consultation & Collaboration• Design, coordinate, and direct multiple instructional technology projects as assigned by unit manager. • Lead or participate in other project roles as assigned by unit manager.• Collaborate with ISS partner units to maximize support for LSA needs and interests.• Work closely with LSA Dean’s office, faculty, and departments to determine effective pedagogical integration of technology.• Consult with faculty to identify instructional needs specific to their course, and suggest the best approach to succeed in reaching their course objectives.Project Support & Management• Assemble appropriate team, delegate tasks, and oversee project implementation and training.• Establish project timeline (including milestones and deadlines) and coordinate communication throughout the duration of the project.• Create the plan and approach for integrating technology tools into specific curricula, designing, testing, implementing, and evaluating as necessary.• Work closely with departmental and University staff to study and construct evaluation and assessment methods, monitoring progress from focus groups, interviews, surveys and questionnaires as needed.• Analyze and report project results in management system.
