As the founder and CEO of the Crossland Group, a strategic advisory firm whose brand idea is “Be Well. Do Good.”, Teri believes that dignity is the bedrock of a thriving workplace and fundamental to creating a culture of belonging where every person has value. She and her team work side by side with clients to uncover bold, unexpected solutions that drive strategic clarity, conscious leadership, and organizational alignment. Crossland’s holistic approach considers the wellbeing of both individuals and organizations using tools and methodologies that investigate root causes, surface radical insights, and illuminate truth. Over the past twenty years, Teri has been dedicated to cultivating the courage, resilience, and capacity leaders and organizations need to fulfil their purpose in the world.Prior to starting the Crossland Group, Teri served as a nursing home administrator and the CEO of a grassroots hospice organization. She holds a B.A. in business management from the University of New Hampshire and an M.B.A. with a concentration in international business from Boston University. Teri is a passionate sailor and still dreams of becoming singer in a rock band someday.
