With almost four decades of experience as a senior partner with EY and corporate and non-profit board member, my career has focused on enabling digital maturity of cybersecurity and technology integration. I believe people and organizations thrive when they transform uncertainty into confidence. To that end, I utilize a highly creative and collaborative approach to co-create solutions to the most complex and challenging technology, cybersecurity, risk management and people matters.With my deep industry, digital and IT experience, combined with an accounting background, I offer a unique blend of expertise and seamlessly bridge the gap between both finance and technology functions. I currently serve as a member of the Board of Directors of Compass Diversified Holdings (NYSE: COODI) where I’m thrilled to work with a strong leadership team focused on generating value and growth through their subsidiaries. I also recently joined the Advisory Board of the Center for BrainHealth and am actively engaged in global regulatory trends as I support international regulatory inspections.Prior to my retirement as a senior partner and business leader with EY, I provided consulting and assurance services to a diverse, global portfolio of clients representing the Fortune 500, FTSE and Forbes Largest Private Companies.
