I lead workshop on nutrition, self-care, green smoothies and detoxing and offers individual as wellas group health and nutrition coaching. As a Health Coach I enthusiastically support my clients in the pursuit of their greatest asset: optimal health. I guide them to eat whole foods, cook simply, and engage in regular self-care. I draw on my experiences and knowledge to help my clients in creating a personalized "roadmap" to health that suits their unique body, lifestyle, preferences and goals.
