Performance ManagementImprove the quality and overall effectiveness of our Clients' workforce through customized progressive disciplinary processes, proven methodologies, and assistance with performance appraisal programs.RecruitmentHandle entire recruitment process for internal TEL recruitment needs, oversee the success and growth of our TEL Staffing Department, and provide our Clients with recruitment best practices, advice, and hands on help to ensure they hire the best candidate.TrainingDevelop curriculum and conduct tailored training that are focused around the interest and needs of TEL and our various Clients as requested. Training takes place one on one, in group settings, live at the TEL office, in person at Client site, or via TEL’s Online Training Portal. HR AdministrationEnsure TEL's HR staff members have the training and support they need to alleviate the burden placed on our Clients from Unemployment Compensation management, FMLA tracking, employment verifications, recordkeeping, and other highly administrative functions.
