Establishing an engaging culture, I developed forward-thinking policies and procedures for hybrid, local, and remote teams in all functions. ➥ Stood up a uniquely structured global company in less than one year, including 13 subsidiaries across five service areas, joining as the 2nd employee and managing a tight $1M startup budget. ➥ Created an elevated, mature brand for the company through strong marketing and messaging aligned with future-focused objectives to build confidence with partners and customers.➥ Led company to earn and maintain five SBA 8(a), HUBZone, and ISO 9001 certifications. Ensured ongoing commitment to global quality standards by infusing ISO 9001 into corporate culture through departmental buy-in and a framework to approach risk. Achieved SBA 8(a) and HUBZone certifications in less than two years.➥ Overhauled corporate facility and digital security practices as primary security officer. Currently leading IT to achieve the Department of Defense's Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 2.0.➥ Enabled the company to scale and grow monthly revenue from zero to $1M+ during pandemic shutdowns. Aligned infrastructure, systems, and relationships across segments to support efforts to grow revenue to over $30M by 2024.➥ Guided the transition to new IT services provider, from discovery through launch, eliminating major security and communication concerns and preventing millions of dollars in potential compliance issues. ➥ Established initial banking across two institutions for 13 subsidiaries, ensuring credit lines, compliance, and tax reporting while providing bookkeeping oversight, budgeting, and forecasting.
