With a background building large scale, high-performance and robust enterprise search engines, and hands-on experience from many different technologies and layers in the application stack, I have applied this knowledge to effectively formulate and communicate IT strategy and architecture, with a special focus on applying new technology in an enterprise setting to support increased innovation and improved quality.Lately I have also become more involved in shaping an organization and delivery model which is able to exploit the advantages of a modern technology stack in areas where IT's ability to innovate and differentiate are key competitive advantages. In order for this to be possible, close cooperation and involvement with the business side is of great importance, and I've enjoyed partaking in many collaborative efforts both on strategic initiatives and changing and adapting day-to-day operational routines and processes to increase agility and velocity.My key strengths are a fundamentally sound and broad understanding of technology, and an ability to communicate the key capabilities and tradeoffs provided by different choices made in technology in a clear and understandable manner, both to technologists and business stakeholders.
