I am a wife to my best friend whom I have known for over 15 years but married in 2008 and I'm a mother to 2 wonderful boys who are 18 months apart. I have been into fitness my whole life and I have always been interested in how the body works and moves. I love to learn about nutrition and how food fuel. My passion is training and helping women become stronger mentally and physically. I love to teach woman that working out should be a lifestyle and everyone needs some movement in their lives. My goal in life is to help change and improve women's lives. I don't ever want to work for a big company again. I feel that when a trainer does that they lose who they are as a trainer and more into what the company wants not what the actual client wants. I like to make my training affordable for all economic classes. Personal training shouldn't only be for the "well off" so that is why I am now only training at my home gym for a reasonable price. My second job is working for my family business. I'm an account specialist for California Community Colleges. I help colleges close out projects with the Division of State Architects. I help find paperwork needed for the jobs and investigate why old and current projects are not being closed with certification. I help Colleges stay on track with current projects to ensure all the projects will be closed on time with proper paperwork and documentation. I am also the company’s accountant. I enter in pay roll, manage the company’s finances, pay overhead and ensure the finical part of the company is all up to date and running smoothly each month.

I do individual training, team training, bootcamp, stroller classes and will come to you at your house. I train many different styles which makes working out interesting. I train woman and help them become stronger mentally and physically. My gym is small but that is the way I like it. I am not into the big gyms anymore I feel that one "loses" who they are when they hit up big, overcrowded gyms. I feel that my small gym is better because I am able to give more of me then try to just "sell" them personal training and pass them off to another trainer. When my clients sign up with me they know the only trainer they will be working with is myself and that is very important to me.
