Responsible for interfacing with Customers, Sales, Order Management, Customer Relationship Managers, and TILC business units. Responded to and/or provide assistance to customers in areas such as order fulfillment, customer service requests, product changes or returns, on-line assistance, account receivables, and lease contract administration.
