Responsible for outpatient billing edit resolution, claim denial resolution, daily audits, compliance reviews, and daily encounter reconciliation. Responded appropriately to the physical, emotional and developmental needs of patients, maintained accurate records of patient care, condition, progress and concerns, monitored vital signs, such as blood pressure and pulse, performed clerical duties, and assisted providers and nursing staff with various needs.

Responsible for inbound/Outbound shipment load verification and billing, trouble shooting, coordinated shift start times, screened phone calls, created reports, trained employees, scheduled meetings, created productivity reports, and general data entry.
